Proxell

Proxell is an outbound email tool for founders who do their own selling. It finds companies that show a public sign of needing what you sell (a job posting, a public post, a new listing, a funding announcement), reads their public website, and writes one email draft per prospect in your voice. Every draft waits in a review queue until you approve it. Nothing is sent without your click.

Approved email leaves from your own Google Workspace or Gmail mailbox. You connect it with an app password you create in your Google account: Proxell checks the password with Google's mail server, stores it encrypted, and uses it for two things: handing the emails you approved to that server, and, about every fifteen minutes, seeing whether anyone it emailed for you has written back. For that it asks Google only for messages from those people, reads who sent each one, when, and whether it was an automatic reply, never the subject or the body, and changes nothing in the mailbox. Customer mailboxes never connect through the Gmail API. Signing in uses your Google account and asks only for your email address.

Sending is capped at twenty a day per mailbox after a four-week warm-up, every email carries your physical address and a one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honoured across the whole product.
