Proxell

Proxell is an outbound email tool for founders who do their own selling. It finds companies that show a public sign of needing what you sell (a job posting, a public post, a new listing, a funding announcement), reads their public website, and writes one email draft per prospect in your voice. Every draft waits in a review queue until you approve it. Nothing is sent without your click.

Approved email leaves from your own Google Workspace or Gmail mailbox, which you connect with Google sign-in. With the standard permission Proxell can only send the emails you approved. With full access, available to test accounts, it can also read your Sent folder once to learn how you write, place approved drafts in your Gmail Drafts for you to send yourself, and notice replies so a conversation stops the sequence.

Sending is capped at twenty a day per mailbox after a four-week warm-up, every email carries your physical address and a one-click unsubscribe, and opt-outs are honoured across the whole product.
